SHIPPING

 

It's an absolute privilege to be able to sell our creations all over the world. All products that are in stock are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days (except custom and bulk orders). If an item has to be manufactured, it will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks. 

Domestic Shipping:

 

Your order will get delivered within 5-10 business days after shipment depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location. 

All orders exceeding Rs 1000/- are eligible for free shipping in India.

International Shipping:

Your order will get delivered within 15-20 business days after shipment depending on the country of residence. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location. 

All orders exceeding Rs 15000/- are eligible for free shipping worldwide.

Custom and Import Taxes:

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS


Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (SP boxes with all the cards). STONE AND PEARL will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, STONE AND PEARL has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

We’d be happy to accept them as long as the parcel is handed over to carrier before the date.

  • Unworn

  • Have no signs of wear or damage

  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

Note: Original shipping fees, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.​

How do I start the return?

Send us an email at info@stoneandpearlin.com requesting your return label within 7 days of delivery.

Don’t forget to include the following:

  1. The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)

  2. The address where the jewellery will be shipped from.

  3. The email address associated with your STONE AND PEARL account so we can apply the credit once processed. If you haven’t created one yet, you can create one now by clicking the SIGN IN button on the top right corner of our page.

When will I receive my refund?

From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 8-13 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice on the return! 

The courier refused my return shipment, what do I do?

This is likely because they are requesting a commercial invoice. However, our courier's commercial invoices are paperless and/or can be retrieved on their end. Should you have any trouble with returning your item, feel free to reach out to us at info@stoneandpearlin.com. We'll be happy to help!​
